Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized part-time Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role will assist with daily administrative and customer service tasks, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the office or department operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers or visitors
- File, organize, and retrieve documents as needed
- Process paperwork, forms, invoices, or other routine documents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus
- Microsoft Suites knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: $12-$15
Schedule: 20-24/hours
