Job Description

Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Administrative Support Representative to assist a growing, locally owned business in Dothan. Work hours for this position  may vary between 18 and 30 hours weekly. Work days are Monday-Friday and offer a flexible schedule on those days. Pay rate for this role is $15/hour.
Job Duties: 
  • Greeting and assisting customers to the showroom area
  • Answer phones and direct callers appropriately
  • Provide administrative support to the owner, assisting with another business under his ownership
  • Data entry
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative support assistant or relevant customer service experience
  • Must have strong technical and computer skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
