We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to work part-time in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must provide excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. You will work 20 hours a week and pay will be $15.00 per hour. The schedule is open to flexibility!
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications
- Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
