Overview
A leading manufacturing facility in the Dothan area is adding a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to their team. Work hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-12pm .
Duties
  • Greet and direct visitors to the facility
  • Answer phones, direct calls as appropriate
  • Sign for packages, sort and deliver mail
  • Assist with employee engagement efforts to include helping plan company parties, lunches, etc.
  • Order office supplies
Experience
  • 3-5 years previous experience in an administrative role is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
