Compensation & Hours:
- $18/hour
- Flexible hours, 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Remote or in-office (but must live in the Dothan, AL area)
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Process AP/AR transactions for multiple clients
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle payroll processing and tax statements
- Manage monthly deposits for sales tax and payroll tax
- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Experience with payroll, tax statements, and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented and organized
