Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Part-time Receptionist in Dothan, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay will be starting at $11.00 per hour and you will be working a Monday-Friday from 12pm-5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
