Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and professional LPN to join a team as a Phone Nurse in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will provide telephonic patient care, answer medical inquiries, offer guidance on treatment plans, and assist with triaging patient concerns. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential.

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
Pay starts at $16-18/hr

Phone Nurse Responsibilities:

Answer patient calls and provide medical advice based on protocols
Triage patient concerns and direct to appropriate care when necessary
Document patient interactions and updates in electronic health records
Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care

Phone Nurse Requirements:

Active LPN license in Alabama
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous phone triage or clinical experience preferred
