Job Description
Are you a dynamic communicator with a background in sales or the restaurant industry? We want you to join a team in Dothan, AL! As a Phone Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in promoting alcohol safety and education. You'll be the voice behind cold calls, selling impactful training courses, and ensuring clients are fully equipped with the knowledge they need.

Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls to sell alcohol safety training courses.
- Conducting alcohol safety training after becoming certified and learning state-specific laws.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry, with a proven ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively present and promote training programs, answer questions, and close sales.
- Comfortable working independently to meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Comfortable using CRM software, making calls, and navigating digital tools to manage customer data and track progress.
- You will receive training to become certified in alcohol safety laws, so a keen interest in learning and professional development is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service, actively listening to clients' needs and delivering solutions to improve their business operations.
