Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a Pricebook Coordinator for a company in Dothan, AL. This role ensures the accurate flow of product data and maintains all information to support store-level point of sale transactions. This role is also responsible for setting and maintaining retail and promotional costs, as well as retail pricing across all store locations. Effective communication with store managers and supervisors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update retail, cost, and item information to support store growth.
- Analyze Pricebook records for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards.
- Ensure timely pricing adjustments and communicate changes to stores.
- Provide professional support and respond to store/vendor inquiries.
- Process pricing and vendor price sheets, addressing discrepancies.
- Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle daily challenges
Preferred:
- 5+ years of retail experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with PDI software
- Strong communication skills
