Print Shop Assistant – Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Print Shop Assistant to join our growing team. This position supports a variety of printing operations, helping ensure high-quality production while assisting with prepress and design-related tasks. It’s a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and craftsmanship are highly valued.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$13–14 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain printing equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Support prepress processes, including file setup, color correction, and product trimming.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all printed materials meet company and client standards.
- Assist with print advertising projects from initial concept through final production, maintaining accurate layout and typography.
- Work closely with graphic designers and production team members to improve workflow and print quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with screen printing, prepress procedures, and color management.
- Strong attention to detail, especially for quality control across multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment used in print production.
- Previous print shop experience preferred.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft
