Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Print Shop Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various printing processes, ensuring high-quality output, and assisting with prepress and design tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are paramount. The pay range for this position is $13-14/hour with a Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printing equipment.
- Assist with prepress tasks such as file preparation, color management and cutting of products.
- Manage quality control to ensure printed materials meet company standards and client expectations.
- Assist in print advertising projects from concept to final production, ensuring accurate typography and layout design.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and production staff to optimize print quality and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in screen printing, prepress operations, and color management techniques.
- Attention to detail for quality control purposes across various printing projects.
- Basic understanding of machining processes related to print production equipment.
- Prior experience is print shop is preferred.
