Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to plan and prepare production schedules for industrial or commercial product manufacturing, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment in Dothan, AL. Pay will start at $22 per hour with a full benefits package.

Production Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department supervisors to establish lead times and meet shipping deadlines.
- Expedite operations to resolve delays and adjust schedules as needed.
- Prepare material, tool, and equipment lists; manage material requirements to minimize scrap.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order status and issues.
- Modify production documentation to meet customer specifications.
- Generate and distribute shipping schedule reports, including express and late lists.
- Process change orders and special material authorizations.
- Procure materials at the best price, ensuring quality and meeting business requirements.
Production Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training.
- Required knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word using MS Windows platform.
- MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience a plus.
