The right candidate for this position must have at least 2+ years’ experience in a like or similar role, have a solid work history strong leadership qualities and be ready to hit the ground running! In this position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to set up, operate manual drill press for drilling bars and tubes, washing bars & tubes using proper PPE, set-up and operate polishers to polish bars and tubes to exacting specifications and maintain quality control records, loading and unloading jig stands while at heights up to 30', all while keeping safety and quality a top priority. Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel. Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams. Forklift experience is also a plus but not necessary! Previous experience in precision machining background, production, manufacturing is necessary. This is a temp to hire position on 2nd shift with hours of 2:00pm-10pm Monday through Friday.
