Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager at a manufacturer in Donalsonville, GA.
Duties:
Work closely with the construction manager to establish project timelines.
Provide prompt solutions to customer concerns by maintaining close communication with clients.
Effectively communicate project status to both the construction manager and senior management.
Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting any significant deviations from the ideal project status.
Oversee subcontractors involved in ongoing projects. Verify that subcontractors possess the appropriate, required certifications.
Support subcontractors by providing essential information to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Maintain detailed records of contractor work hours.
Set performance objectives for each subcontractor and ensure adherence to those goals through effective management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management.
Experience with various construction methods and technologies.
Experience creating budgets and timelines.
Willingness to travel to jobsites and stay for the duration of the project.
Experience with jobsite safety requirements.
Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with MS office.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
MS Project Experience
Experience with any project management software(s).
Autodesk Inventor
