A well established Dothan firm is looking to add a Property Management Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and ensure the front desk operations run smoothly.

A well established Dothan firm is looking to add a Property Management Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and ensure the front desk operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies in all interactions.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage the front desk to include assisting walk-in clients and answering phones
- Receive and process applications for potential new tenants
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
