Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a Purchasing Administrator at a company in Dothan, AL.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom
- Transport materials from loading area to stockroom
- Pick up and deliver BOLs between shipping and purchasing departments
- Count and track inventory; enter data into system
- Follow up with vendors on back orders and shipment status
- Receive, unpack, and properly stock materials
- Collaborate daily with lead personnel to assess ordering needs
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Distribute materials to the manufacturing floor
- Pickup materials from suppliers as needed
- Conduct research for materials, tools, and supplies
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with inventory management software (Zilla experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and vendor follow-up skills
