Is it more important for a job to be done, or to be done well? Our client company is a fast-growing business who is the leading domestic manufacture who engineers and develops their own processes and molds products in-house. They are looking to hire a Quality Manager. The main functions as a Quality Manager would be able to plant quality management for two manufacturing sites; ensure the appropriate quality processes are in place and are effective to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. In this position you will be responsible for but not limited to participate in APQP, helping to develop the process flow, control plan and PFMEA; lead teams to effective corrective action responses to enhance the customer relationship; ensure appropriate Tier I and Tier II KPI's are in place and that effective actions are implemented in a timely manner; be responsible for continuously improving the quality management system so that it is compliant, effective, efficient, and agile supporting customer's needs and corporate business objectives. The right person for this position would be able to support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and steer the organization to IATF 16949 certification within 2 years; 5-10 years of professional quality experience; experience completing CQI-23 Molding System Assessments; and experience using the IQMS ERP system (preferred). This is a 1st shift direct hire position.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- ISO 9001: 3 years (Required)
- using quality tools in an ERP system: 3 years (Required)
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor with internal audit: 3 years (Required)
- CQI-23 Molding System Assessments: 3 years (Required)
