- Receive deliveries and ensure proper handling
- Perform data entry tasks in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Contact customers about outstanding receivables
- Set up work orders for service requests
Receptionist Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
