Looking for a dynamic, friendly, and organized individual to be the first face customers see and the voice they hear for a company here in Dothan, AL! The pay range for this position is $15/hour with a Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Join their team as a Receptionist and help keep things running smoothly while making a positive impact on customers!

Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Receive deliveries and ensure proper handling
  • Perform data entry tasks in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Contact customers about outstanding receivables
  • Set up work orders for service requests

Receptionist Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Previous receptionist or office experience required
