Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Perform basic filing and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors calmly
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred but not required
