Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the front office operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Enter patient information accurately into the electronic medical record
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Collect patient copays and process payments
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Assist with other front office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
- Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
