Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at a leading manufacturer in Enterprise, AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Pay will range between $12.00 - $14.00 per hour and you will work a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is beneficial
