Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Office Receptionist to join a reputable legal team in Dothan. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with correspondence regarding hearing times, documents needed and other communication
  • Perform legal drafting tasks, including preparing documents and proofreading for accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a legal office or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with legal case management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
