Job Description
Outgoing, Energetic, Goal Crusher, Organized, Money Motivated - If this describes you, then you may be just the person we are looking for! This position will be temporary for 3-5 months.
We have an immediate internal opening for a Recruiter Assistant at our office in Dothan, AL. In this role you will be identifying top talent to fill company openings as well as handling administrative task such as employee on-boarding, payroll assistance, and general correspondence. This position is all about helping people, so you must love working with the public!
Skills needed:
This position offers a Monday- Friday day time schedule with full benefits opportunity. Pay will be based off experience level and work performance bonuses. Please note once your application has been reviewed you may be asked to complete additional testing in MS Office as well as a personality traits test.

- Previous experience in recruiting strongly preferred
- Computer Savvy in all MS Office products
- Must have 1+ year's experience working in an office position
- Must thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience answering high volume calls
- Ability to administer drug screens daily
- Previous experience handling on-boarding paper work to include I-9 and Everify.
- Previous experience using job boards to find candidates strongly preferred.
