The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance. This role ensures a positive guest experience, maintains high standards of quality and cleanliness, and drives sales and profitability. The Restaurant Manager also leads team development, enforces company policies, and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Lead, hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive, high-performance team culture
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and driving sales growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws while maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and sales growth strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
