Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail? Join this team as a Retail Store Manager and drive success in the stores while nurturing and leading a high-performing team! Pay will start at $43,888 per year with monthly and annual bonuses available! They also offer a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop your store team to excel in performance and customer service.
Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment for all customers.
Achieve and exceed sales goals to maximize store profitability.

What You’ll Do:

Manage store funds and inventory accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
Keep the store well-stocked and organized.
Mentor and guide your team, fostering their growth and enhancing store performance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
1-3+ years of retail experience, including leadership and multi-store management.
Strong multitasking, goal-setting, and computer skills.
Energetic, optimistic, and self-motivated with a friendly demeanor.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and possess Servsafe certification.
