Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Roofing Estimator to join our team in Dothan, AL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the commercial construction industry. You do not need a degree or extensive experience—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a reliable nature. We will provide training and support to help you build the skills you need to succeed.

- Frequent regional travel required
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit job sites to assist with gathering measurements and project details
- Work alongside experienced estimators to learn the estimating process
- Help prepare quotes and estimates under guidance
- Support communication with customers and vendors
- Keep organized notes and assist in documenting site visits and project needs
- Use company-provided truck for job site visits during work hours
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the construction industry
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
