Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and finish items such as bedding and pillows while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machine attachments and controls
- Operate sewing machines to stitch, hem, and assemble materials
- Monitor for defects, thread breaks, and malfunctions
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Load thread, replace needles, and make minor adjustments
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Qualifications:
- Sewing or manufacturing experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/terminal knowledge (or willingness to learn)
