Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Assistant to support our safety and compliance efforts. This role will assist with maintaining employee files, tracking training records, ensuring required documentation is up to date, and helping the company stay compliant with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
-Maintain safety and compliance records
-Track employee certifications and training requirements
-Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding
-File and organize documents
-Enter and update information in company databases
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Previous administrative and safety experience preferred but not required
