Sales & Service Technician

Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Sales & Service Technician in the Dothan, AL area. In this role, you will be traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot and determine corrective actions needed on product issues.

The pay range starts at $18.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday daytime schedule.

Duties:

  • Travel to customer sites for inspection, maintenance, repair and other service-related issues.
  • Ensure that all customer service-related issues are being answered and taken care of promptly.
  • Responsible for determining corrective actions in regard to product issues at the customer site.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of hand tools
  • Willing to travel per air or automobile
  • Extensive people - skills in dealing with visitors, callers and vendors.
  • Lift and move up to 50lbs
