Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and manage sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and working directly with customers to identify solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate and cultivate new clients with recurring or high-volume business needs.
- Respond to and develop qualified leads within assigned product lines.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, identify customer needs, and prepare proposals and estimates.
- Follow projects through completion while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Participate in approved networking groups, business-development events, and targeted prospecting initiatives.
- Enter estimates and create sales orders using Printer’s Plan in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, activity, and project information in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from sale through project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or business-development experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects at the same time.
- Professional and confident when meeting with customers and prospects.
- Experience in printing, promotional products, signage, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
Training:
Training on Printer’s Plan, estimating, and order-entry procedures will be provided.

Compensation: 45,000 base salary
Commission-Based Compensation
- Earn 5% commission on commissionable sales revenue from qualifying projects assigned to or generated by you.
- The earning potential increases as you develop your customer base and sales pipeline.
