Job Description
Are you looking for something temporary to fill your time or make some extra income? We have an immediate opening for a Electronic Order Processor at a leading manufacturer in Dothan, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for entering all mailed–in and electronic orders (website, email and faxed) into the system during the business day and communicate with clients to make any corrections.
This position offers pay ranging between $13.00 - $16.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. This will be a seasonal role that will start the beginning of August and last until the beginning of December.
Job Description:
Verify the completeness and accuracy of every order processed
Ability to spot problems & inconsistencies with orders before processing
Follow through with corrections and revisions on orders as needed
Communicate with other departments concerning order processing
Occasionally call customers to clarify information or notify of backordered shipments
Skills Required:
Strong clerical skills with a focus on detail
Customer service oriented
Clear and concise communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
