Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Civil Estimator with 7+ years of experience in civil construction, specializing in highway interchanges, drainage systems, roads, and bridges. This role requires expertise in estimating projects ranging from $5M to $50M, with a focus on accuracy, cost analysis, and value-engineering.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, based on experience.
Full benefits package.
Relocation assistance available.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate road construction projects, particularly in Florida DOT work.
Create detailed, final contract estimates from conceptual and schematic designs.
Assess construction risks and site exposures.
Identify constructability issues and propose value-engineering solutions.
Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid Software and AGTEK 4D (preferred).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
7+ years of road construction estimating experience; 10+ years preferred.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory estimating role.
Strong skills in take-off, estimating, and construction accounting software.
Valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
