Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior PHP Developer to join a dynamic team based out of Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP and related technologies. This position has the option to be fully remote with a salary starting at $125,000 per year. A full benefits package is also available!

In order to be considered for this role you will be asked to pass a skills test that can take several hours to complete.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of ongoing projects, with an emphasis on adding new features to administrative segments.
- Efficiently switch between different projects, addressing and resolving various issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the existing team of full-stack developers to ensure smooth project progression.
- Manage source code and version control using GitLab.
- Work with different hosting environments, primarily Digital Ocean for smaller projects and Amazon Web Services for larger projects.
- Handle server-related tasks, including setting up new packages and making performance adjustments, though server issues are rare.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Next.js.
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with GitLab for version control and code collaboration.
- Experience in managing and deploying applications on Digital Ocean and AWS.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of different applications.
