Pay Rate: $15–$20 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable Shop Worker with experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or a related field. This role involves working with materials, reading blueprints, and building or installing products according to specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete projects accurately
- Build, assemble, and install cabinets or related structures based on specifications
- Operate and maintain basic construction and shop tools safely and effectively
- Ensure quality workmanship while meeting production timelines and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team
