Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join a well-established team in Dothan, AL.

- $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including:
- Processing a high volume of accounts payable (AP) invoices
- Writing checks and managing payments
- Overseeing subcontractor documentation (draws, insurance, agreements, W9s)
- Managing bank accounts and reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing P&Ls
The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proven experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and financial reconciliations
- Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks, Sage, and Timberline
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
