Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in Dothan, AL. In this role, you’ll lead job cost accounting, assist with month-end close, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations, all while maintaining ERP and accounting applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and lead job cost accounting and reporting.
Assist with month-end close and financial statement reviews.
Conduct daily cash reconciliations and provide cash projections.
Monitor purchase orders and expense coding.
Support credit collections and act as a backup for various accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Two years of accounting experience, preferably in an industry setting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Adaptable and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
