What’s the gig?
 As our new Staffing Recruiter, you’ll be the superhero who identifies top talent to fill our company openings. But that’s not all— you’ll also juggle administrative tasks like employee onboarding, payroll assistance, and general correspondence. Your mission? To help people shine and to keep the workplace buzzing with positivity!

Here’s What We’re Looking For:
  • Recruiting Rockstar: Previous recruiting experience is a big plus.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re a whiz with all MS Office products.
  • Relationship Guru: You know how to build and maintain strong connections with both applicants and clients.
  • Office Pro: At least 4 years in an office environment, and you’re thriving in the fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Call Champion: Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and smiling and dialing to make connections.
  • Onboarding Expert: Experience with onboarding paperwork, including I-9 and Everify.
  • Job Board Maven: Preferably, you’re already using job boards to find amazing candidates.

Katie Saliba
Vice President of Dothan Staffing

Shortly after graduating college and moving back to Dothan, Katie Saliba joined our team in 2016. With a love for people and energy that never seems to run low, Katie enjoys the different industries and companies that her job allows her to come in contact with. Katie graduated locally from high school and went off to secure her Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and then her MBA from Auburn University. After 10 years in sales for PR, Katie transitioned to the Vice President of Staffing in 2026. In her tenure here, Katie has earned the trust of clients, colleagues and job seekers alike and embodies the values that have defined Personnel Resources.

 

Locally, Katie is plugged into our community and serves on the Wiregrass United Way Houston County Board where she is this year’s current chairman and serves on the Board of Trustees. In true girl’s girl fashion, she also serves on the Southeast Alabama Dance Company board and the Thalian Mardi Gras Society board where she is Vice President. She represents our corner of the state on the Alabama Staffing Association board as Secretary. She is a Leadership Dothan graduate, was highlighted in the Dothan Area Chamber’s Top 20 Under 40 class and co-hosts a podcast with Mary Beth called People-ing with Purpose that can be streamed anywhere podcasts are found here on our website.

 

Katie and her husband got married 3 weeks before she started at Personnel Resources and since then, they have added 3 PR babies to our roster – Sloan, Ellis and Marshall. Katie and Ben are both actively involved in their industries, community and church and are lake and beach enthusiasts chasing their kids around in the warm summer months in Alabama.
