We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Store Operations Lead to provide day-to-day leadership in a retail environment at $15/hour. This is a working leadership role for someone who can support a team, serve customers, solve routine problems, and keep daily operations moving.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide daily direction and support to store employees.
-Help oversee opening, closing, staffing, floor coverage, and daily priorities.
-Train and support team members while reinforcing procedures and expectations.
-Provide excellent, knowledgeable customer service and assist customers with product selection.
-Help oversee receiving, stocking, pricing, merchandising, and store organization.
-Monitor and fulfill website orders, including customer communication and routine order issues.
-Reconcile daily sales and prepare bank deposits according to established procedures.
-Recognize and resolve routine issues independently while knowing when to involve ownership.
-Help ensure the store operates smoothly when owners are not present.

*Retail or management experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on store systems, products, inventory, fulfillment, and other procedures.
