Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Care Representative to join a team in Dothan, AL. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and fast-paced, multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. They have both day and night shift openings available with daytime hours being flexible between 6:30am - 3:30pm or 9am - 6pm and night shift hours being 4pm - 12am. Both shift works Monday - Friday with no weekends!

Customer Care Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues through direct phone calls, not just emails.
- Organize and manage a high volume of tasks and data efficiently.
- Analyze large datasets, summarize key insights, and report findings using Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables.
- Take initiative to solve problems and deliver results under pressure.
Customer Care Representative Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for getting things done.
