Job Description

Now Hiring: Strategic Support Representative 
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

This role provides customer support while coordinating services and maintaining accurate account information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and resolve service issues, including delays and missed pickups
  • Monitor accounts for compliance, track shipments, apply ANSI codes, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain records, participate in meetings, and identify opportunities to improve service and processes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in computers, office software, and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to confidentiality
