Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and manage the overall supply chain operations for a manufacturer in Donalsonville, GA. This includes purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes and be able to drive operational efficiency, meet customer requirements, and improve financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely communication and fulfillment of ship dates.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and manage monthly inventory counts.
- Lead purchasing function and act as the primary point of contact with suppliers to manage order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and overspend in supply chain operations.
- Ensure a cost-effective flow of inbound materials from suppliers to production.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate supply chain activities with overall business operations.
- Manage relationships with major suppliers to optimize costs and service standards.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, or 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with a broad knowledge in purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, material handling, and planning.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in highly customized capital machinery, is preferred.
