Job Description
Personnel Resources has an immediate direct hire opening for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging any gaps between IT and the business using data analytics to asses processes, determine requirements, and deliver data driven recommendations and reports.
Pay will range between $65,000 - $75,000 per year and will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 80% of your time being remote and 20% of your time having to travel or be onsite at the Support Center in Dothan, AL.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test plans
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the design and implementation of database structures and data models
- Provide support and training to end users on system functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Strong Project Management background
