Personnel Resources is looking for an experienced TIG welder who is able to pass a weld test plate, and also have great work ethics and performance execution. Our client located in Bloomington, MN is looking for an upbeat individual who works great as a self-starter and contributes greatly as a team player. Company is ITAR compliant and would recommending sending a resume and/or call to discuss compliance items. Candidate will get to tour the facility and ask any questions regarding compliance. We are currently hiring for the 1st and 2nd shift times as follows: 1^st shift times- Current with OT- 5am-2:30pm, Standard 6am-2:30pm; 2^nd shift times- Current with OT-3pm-1/2am, Standard 3pm-11:30pm. Major Responsibilities include:

-Be able to operate a Miller Dynasty 350 TIG welding tool to repair defects in castings and evaluate cracks, leaks for aerospace parts

-Organize all welding equipment, tools, supplies to complete all assigned job duties and check off all travel documentation with parts

-Place castings in ovens and heat product to proper temperature and perform necessary welding operations

-Inspect all completed work to best of ability and ensure quality meets company standards and follows established specifiication

-Keep all work environments in orderly conduct to minimize safety hazards or accident prone scenarios

Required Qualifications:

-HS diploma or equivalent, with 2 years technical degree/welding certificate 

-At least 1 year experience

-Be able to bend, lift, push, pull, move up to 50lbs (great agility and ability to stand duration of shift up to 10 hrs)

-Must have vision abilities as required to examine closely up to and regarding peripheral, close vision and depth perception of products
