Job Title: Tack Welder
Pay: $15–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Saturdays as needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tack Welder to join our team. This role will support fitters by tack welding parts onto beams in accordance with blueprints and specifications. Tack welds are temporary welds used to hold components in place for inspection and final welding.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tack Welder to join our team. This role will support fitters by tack welding parts onto beams in accordance with blueprints and specifications. Tack welds are temporary welds used to hold components in place for inspection and final welding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fitters by tack welding components to beams per drawings and instructions
- Ensure parts are properly aligned and secured for inspection and final welds
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Basic welding knowledge required (recent welding school graduates encouraged to apply)
- Some hands-on welding experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Stable and recent work history required
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and attendance
