Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for a Talent Advisor at a local college. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting workshops and meeting with potential candidates. This position offers a generous pay at $18.48/hr while working a day time schedule that is off early on Fridays. This will be an ongoing temporary contract role in the Dothan, AL area.

Talent Search Advisor Job Description:

• Will need to competently lead teaching workshops on time management
• Will be working with potential candidates and guiding them through paperwork
• Will provide academic advisement and one-on-one coaching services

Talent Search Advisor Job Requirements and Skills Set:

• Can efficiently use Microsoft Office
• Can speak confidently to a group for at least 45 minutes at at time
• Must be organized and detail oriented

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in something Math/Science related or Education specializing in teaching math/science

Work Schedule:

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Work Hours: M - Th 7:30am-4:30pm; F 7:30am-2pm

Pay Rate:

$18.48 per hour
