Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Technician Specialist at a manufacturer in Birmingham, AL! In this role, you'll assemble and test cutting-edge devices, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and functionality. Collaborating closely with the engineering and production teams, you'll provide essential technical support and troubleshoot multiple product lines. Offering generous starting pay between $24.00 - $27.00 per hour and a full benefits package. You will work 1st shift Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm.

- Assemble products with precision according to specifications.
- Calibrate and adjust devices using advanced testing instruments.
- Develop and refine assembly and testing procedures to enhance product quality.
- Monitor device performance, documenting any issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough product and performance testing.
- Implement preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive production improvements.
Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, QA, assembly, or testing.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
