Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for a Personnel Clerk in Dothan, AL. This will be a temporary position for around 3 months.
Pay will be $15.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 7am-5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employee
- Coordinate employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Answer phones, greet guests, and sort the mail by department
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
