Travel Crew
Job Description
Personnel Resources is recruiting for Direct Hire members to join their Traveling Roofing Crew. They will be working on commercial construction jobs to include military bases, school systems, prison systems, and other sites throughout the United States.
Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and you will travel to the job to work 17 days then off 4 days. You will then return for the 17-day rotation. Crews leave from Dothan.
Benefits:
- All travel expenses including room & board are covered
- Per diem for food will be provided
- Transportation is provided.
Duties:
- Perform manual labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Must be able to work in the elements
- Must be able to work off the ground and not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
