Truss Assembler- 2nd shift

Job Description
Job Summary
Personnel Resources has openings for Truss Assemblers on 2nd shift with a well established building supply company in Dothan. Work hours for this position are Monday-Friday 4:30pm-1am with a pay rate of $15/hour. Work conditions are non-climate controlled so experience working in heat is encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Load correct batches into computer
- Set jigging for the truss
- Place components into jig machines
- Plate and assemble components into trusses
- Apply identification to assembled product
- Use a gantry to roll the truss to press plates
- Stack and unstack lumber
- Assemble product with hammers
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Prior experience in a non-climate controlled environment is encouraged
- Must be comfortable operating computer controlled equipment
